Registration Policies

AUTHORS

Each paper must have at least one author registered within the AUTHOR category.
The deadline to register is Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
- Failure to register by this deadline will result in your paper being removed.
Only ONE paper may be associated with each Author Registration.
- If you are associated with multiple papers, you must have alternate author(s) register the additional paper(s).
Each Paper Submission may contain up to 6 pages (incl index, references, etc.).
Authors can purchase 1-2 additional pages at $150/page (total max pages is 8).

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline to request a refund is on/before October 15, 2025.
All requests must be made in writing to SSRRreg@ieee.org
An administrative fee of US$100 will be deducted from each approved refund.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

In lieu cancelling, consider transferring your registration to a friend/colleague.
All requests must be submitted in writing to SSRRreg@ieee.org on/before October 22, 2025.
