What is the charge for extra pages?

Two extra pages are available for $100 each. These extra pages bring the maximum allowable paper length to 8 pages, including references.

The extra page charge only applies to accepted papers upon final manuscript submission.

The initial extended abstract submission should be 3-4 pages with one extra page allowed for references.

Where do I submit my paper?

Both extended abstracts and final accepted papers will be submitted through the PaperPlaza Conference Management System.

Is the review process single or double blind?

The review process is double blind per updated IEEE RAS guidance. Please remove all author names and affiliations on the extended abstract submission. Names and affiliations should be included on full, accepted papers.

Can I attend if I don’t have an accepted paper to present?

Yes, although registration will prioritize authors of accepted papers and will be closed if capacity is reached.

Can I attend/present remotely?

No, SSRR is in-person only. However, in extreme cases due to Visa problems for presenters, the organizers will try to find a solution for meaningful participation.
